Mini Mapp

Jan 2011 | AHO Course Updates, Studio AHO

A mini mapp:

Imagine a preliminary “napkin sketch” where the key elements of the topic is mapped out with great emphasis on the relation and wholeness. This does not have to be rich on detail, it could, but rather aim at a wide view of the chosen topic. Imagine it as a preliminary sketching session where you explore a site/object. But in this case you explore connections, relations, time and “ecology”.(ref.Birger`s initial system talk.)

The map could be on a napkins or a small format paper. Delivery will be a high-def photography of this map that we can project on the wall and discuss as a group.

PS: Remember, be honest and stick to your style. It will help you in later more complex mapping to stick to your “own” communication style.
